What are the criteria for the video awards submission?
- Anyone can publish and join the contest. Speakers, vendors,
participants and anyone is welcome.
- The videos are short and succinct videos. Ideally the
videos do not exceed five minutes.
- The videos are yours or you have the copyright or permission
to publish the videos.
- The videos present learning and training ideas. Videos
with commercials about products or services will not be
approved.
- Publish your videos no later than January 14, 2011.
The videos will be rated by the tens of thousands of community
members of TrainingMagNetwork.com, participants to Training
2011 and members of TrainingTube.TV and www.trainingmag.com
visitors. The videos that receive the highest "View It"
numbers will be the winners.

Guide on how to publish videos
The first step to publish a video in TrainingTube.tv is to
prepare your video and upload your video to www.YouTube.com.
You may also publish your videos in other video services like
www.vimeo.com.

Follow these steps to publish a video in www.TrainingTube.tv.

- Register or login to www.TrainingTube.tv.
- Click "Publish" link at the top navigation
- Enter the "Title", "Author", and "Description"
of your video.
- In the space provided for "Embed", copy and
paste the embed codes from your YouTube.com video upload.
- Under "Categorize", select "Training 2011
Conference & Expo. You need to do this if you are publishing
to join the TrainingTube.tv. Otherwise, you may select the
appropriate categories that closely match your video topic.
- Enter in "Discussion Intro" a provocative question
that will illicit comments from viewers. You may also leave
this blank.
- Read the "Agreement", then select the [ ] check
box
- Click "Save."
- Click "Preview" to check your published video.
- You will receive an email confirmation. You will be notified
when your video has been approved and published. The approval
usually takes 1-2 days.

- Click "Videos" link at the top navigation.
- Click "Videos By Topics."
- Click the topic "Training 2011 Conference & Expo."
- Scroll down and locate the video you wish to preview and
vote. If you do not find the video in the list, use "Search"
with key words related to topic or author or company.
- Once you found the video, click "View It." This
action will record a rating.

It is easy to use TrainingTube.tv.
- Register or login to www.TrainingTube.tv.
- If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password?"
at the top navigation. Enter your email address and click
"Submit." In a few minutes, you will receive an
email. If the email has There two ways to find videos:
a. Search by topic
· Click "Videos" link at the
top navigation.
· Click "Videos By Topics."
b. Use "Search" with key words related to topic
or author or company.
- Once you found the video of your liking, you can do the
following:
- View the video
- Rate the video: Click "View It", "Maybe",
or "Skip It."
- You may select a video as a "Favorite." This
video will appear under your list of "Favorites"
found at the top navigation.
- If you find the video offensive or you strong feel the
video should not be displayed in the web site, you may click
"Red Flag" and the support team will be alerted.
- To interact with other members you may do the following:
a. Post a comment in a discussion by simply entering your
comments under the discussion questions.
b. You may also start your own discussion by clicking "Create
New Discussion."
c. Your discussion posts will be listed in "Discussions"
on the top navigation.
- You may also send or receive messages from members. Click
the link under a member photo or profile and click "Send
Message." An email will be sent to the member. To check
if someone sent you a message, click "Profile"
on top navigation, click "My Messages." You will
if the message.
- To suspend receiving emails, click "Profile"
and click "Edit." Scroll down and check the check
box [ ] "Suspend emails."
