In TrainingTube.TV, you will be able to publish your video by submitting the embed link of your videos, title, description, and tags. You will receive a notification when your video has been approved for publishing in the site. Please see more details in "How to Publish Videos" guide.

Before you can publish a video to TrainingTube.TV, you will need to first upload your video to youtube.com. You may also use other servers such as video.com.

You need to copy your video’s embed code from YouTube.com. Then paste this code to paste in TrainingTube.TV when you publish your video there . Do not use the URL link to your video.

How do I become a Vignettes Videos member?

I forgot my username. What do I do?
On the Forgot Password page, click the "Forgot your username and password?" link. You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to register for Vignettes Videos. When you click the submit button, your username and a new, temporary password will be sent to your email address. click here

I clicked on "Forgot your username and password?" but I have not received a new password.

If you just requested your new password, and it hasn't arrived, it's possible you have spam filters enabled, which have prevented you from receiving an email with your new password. Please check your spam folder for the email message. If you cannot locate the email in your spam filter, please get in touch with us, using the Contact us form and we'll manually reset your password.

I'm not sure if I'm registered with you or not. How can I find out?

On the Forgot Password page, click the "Forgot your username and password?" link. You will be prompted to enter the email address you would have used to register for Vignettes Videos. Click on the Submit button. If you have registered with us, your username and a new, temporary password will be sent to your email address. How can I delete my account?

At this time, Vignettes Videos members cannot remove their membership themselves. Please contact us using the contact form and we will promptly remove your profile for you.

I've encountered a comment or profile on your site that I find objectionable (offensive, insulting, suspicious, etc.). What should I do?

If you encounter any offensive content on a member's profile or comments, please flag it for review. You can flag videos by clicking on the "Flag as inappropriate" link located next to the video, or send a message to a support staff. All flagged videos and comments are reviewed for objectionable content. If we determine that it violates our user agreement, we will remove it from the site.

We built this for a community to encourage learners and specialists to share their own discussions on a wide range of video interests. We hope that you feel inspired to share the videos and use Vignettes Video as an added resource to your learning initiatives.
Publishing by Embedding
Vignettes Videos allows members to publish their own video by mainly embedding the codes from YouTube.com, Vimeo.com or private video streamlining providers. If you have your own private account (See How to Set-up your own account) you may publish confidential videos intended for your own in-house audience. It is assumed you will make this account a closed and private one.

Publish ONLY videos you create and have the necessary permissions to upload.
- You must own or hold all necessary rights (copyrights, etc.) to the videos or these videos must come from web sites like YouTube.com and others who permit the public to share their videos.
- Users uploading popular or professional content that they have created should add their role and involvement in the video description and on their profile to avoid accidental deletion.
Approval and Notification
- After publishing your video, the support team or administrator is notified. You will receive an email for the confirmation when your video has been approved for display on the web site.
Do Not publish videos intended for commercial use. You may not publish d commercials, infomercials, or demos that actively sell or promote a product or service.
- Exceptions: independent production companies, speakers, learning specialist, and authors may show or promote the work they have created.
- You may not publish videos containing ads before or after the video. Videos will Ads or commercials will not be permitted or removed.
- We reserve the right to allow certain commercial content for those businesses who have coordinated sponsored advertising campaigns or direct partnerships with Vignettes Videos.
Content restrictions
- No sexually explicit material or porn. Non-sexual nudity is okay.
- No videos that incite hatred include hate speech, defamatory or discriminatory speech or videos depicting unlawful acts or extreme violence.
- You may post videos of yourself on TV, as long as you have the permission to upload and the video is limited to your involvement in the program only.
